Educa\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 UNCME, entidade representativa dos Conselhos Municipais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, criada em 1992 e organizada em todos os estados brasileiros com a finalidade de incentivar e orientar a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e o funcionamento destes colegiados, pauta a sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o nos princ\u00edpios da universaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, da gest\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica da pol\u00edtica educacional e da inclus\u00e3o social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Defende a concep\u00e7\u00e3o de Conselhos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o como \u00f3rg\u00e3os de Estado, de participa\u00e7\u00e3o, representatividade e controle social, com car\u00e1ter plural, desenvolvendo a\u00e7\u00f5es de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, assessoramento e interc\u00e2mbio entre Conselhos dos diversos munic\u00edpios brasileiros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante os mais de vinte anos de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, a UNCME vem participando de maneira muito incisiva das discuss\u00f5es e encaminhamentos das agendas educacionais em todos os estados do Brasil, contribuindo para a garantia do direito \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, laica e de qualidade social, para todos os brasileiros e brasileiras, buscando a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o dos princ\u00edpios da gest\u00e3o democr\u00e1tica, no \u00e2mbito das pol\u00edticas educacionais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A UNCME tem como pautas permanentes a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos conselhos municipais de educa\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os munic\u00edpios brasileiros, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas municipais de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e a necessidade de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o dos planos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, contextualizados, articulados e participativos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
