Articular-se com \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos e privados tendo em vista o alcance dos objetivos educacionais;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IV. Representar os Conselhos Municipais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o junto aos poderes p\u00fablicos;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V. Estimular a educa\u00e7\u00e3o como instrumento de redu\u00e7\u00e3o das desigualdades sociais;<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">VI.
