A institui\u00e7\u00e3o foi representada pelo presidente, prof. Manoel Humberto Gonzaga Lima, e pelo Prof. Eduardo C\u00e9zar \u2013 vice-presidente da UNCME para regi\u00e3o Sudeste, que estava representando a UNCME pelo F\u00f3rum Nacional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o-FNE. A Oficina teve por finalidade identificar problemas e causas nas metas do plano vigente. A proposta \u00e9 que outras an\u00e1lises ocorram at\u00e9 a minuta do PNE que dever\u00e1 ser apresentado pelo executivo federal at\u00e9 outubro de 2023. Estiveram na an\u00e1lise \u00e0s Secretarias do MEC, Consed, INEP, CNE, FNE, UNDIME, UNCME, dentre outras.
